  1. Hey everyone, I just want to clear things up that I did not know this was a pro-ana diet, as many of the people recommending this had gone through it to fit in a dress in a few days or look good for a vacation. I should have researched a little more. This was not meant to trigger anyone!

  2. I tried this for a month a few years ago and it fucking broke me. After switching to a more sustainable diet, it was a piece of cake. Even though I couldn't eat cake.

  3. I did the diet and I'm eating my day 3 dinner and desert right now and I didn't get grumpy once and didn't feel hungry until about 20 or 40 minutes before my next meal I withheld my comments until I did it like she suggested. I feel like she over worked how hard it was.

  4. I lost 12 pounds on this diet and kept it off for over 2 years IT WORKS.It's 3 days only. I used substitutions a lot like: thin brown rice crackers, veggie cheese, organic yogurt and almond butter.Your not drinking lots of coffee 2 cups a day is not a lot. What I do on the 4th day is continue to eat less food of course, I ate a salad, 4 inches of protein which I missed and some fruit. This diet works for me it shrinks your stomach. I do it whenever I gain 2 pounds to take it off. Healthy food makes you lose weight and less food like smoothies and large salads and 4 ounces of protein is a good meal. All Bread, rice, pasta, white potatoes, fried food are not good if you want to lose weight.

  5. You only lost a couple of pounds because you didn't follow it to the T that steak looked well over five ounces and you carrying a tub of ice cream around made it look like you ate a little more then a cup

  6. You baby. This is not a good example of the diets performance since she I already thin. Overweight people are accustomed to eat around 2500+ cal a day. I understand that u need to count cal. However, it is hard to change and motivation is required. This is a good diet you can try to get started as it requires discipline

  7. When I was in the military I lost weight by getting our asses kicked with exercise. I went in at 210lbs out at 170ish. I also ate leftovers that other guys didn't eat. Don't know who created this bullsh#@t of a menu. A lot of water and exercise, Does the job
